Can a card make you happy? This one makes me happy. I don't know if it is the cheerful Calypso Coral color (one of the new In Colors) or the cute little birdie on the sentiment but it just makes me smile!I usually start my design with a card layout, such as this one from the Clean and Simple site - FTL148. Then I choose the stamp set to work with the layout. In this case, I needed a circular stamp image and Delicate Doilies is full of those!
Stamping Vogue Tips:
- When using a card sketch, try rotating it or flipping it to suit your needs.
- Stamp with the Doily stamp and Calypso Coral ink on Whisper White cardstock, then stamp again without re-inking. This lighter image will allow the sentiment to show up clearly.
- Trim a single doily from the Flirtatious specialty paper. Trim out the center of the doily where it will be covered by the stamped image. Save it for another project!
- Use a Calypso Coral marker or a blender pen to color in the little birdie.
