Graduation Time

It's graduation time of year and I have several family members and neighbors graduating this May and June. This card is for my neighbor, Kevin. His party is this weekend but I am going ahead and posting his card now. I am pretty sure he doesn't read my blog!

The card sketch is from The Paper Players challenge 48.

Here is the inside of the card. The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes.
Stamping Vogue Tips:
  • Use the grad's school colors to determine your color scheme. Good ole Duluth High School's colors are purple, black, and white but this card would be easy to shift to another color scheme.
  • Embossing a layer adds interest but keeps the card in a masculine vibe.
  • Stamp off the globe image once to make a nice background for the bold sentiment.
  • Stamp the sentiment again in Concord Crush. Cut out and pop up the arrow to tie your color scheme together.
  • The cardstock arrows rotate so the grad can make them go any direction he chooses.
